*Please take the time to carefully read the following*
•Your dogs first day will be classed as an initial assessment day to ensure they are happy and fit well in our group
•The client is entirely
responsible for any veterinary bills no matter how they are incurred whilst
pets are in the care of BeksPets.
•BeksPets will not be held
responsible for any illnesses your pet may pickup whilst in our care. Owners
need to be aware that their dogs are mixing/playing with other dogs, which
includes close contact so anything contagious may be passed on. Obviously we
will do everything we can to prevent this but it could happen
•Your dog must be in good
health (no contagious infections) and up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.
•
You must advise us of any
quirks, dislikes, behavioural problems etc your dog has for the saftey of your dog and others
•BeksPets will care for
your dog as you would and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pets
are well looked after and safe in your absence, BeksPets can not be held liable
for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of your home
whilst in our care.
•We know things can change
at last minute but please try to let us know if you need to cancel any bookings
by 8AM that morning. You will be charged in full if 24 hours notice is not given
• BeksPets can not be held responsible for any damage (inside or outside) to the client’s property whilst picking up/dropping off
•Please inform us if your dog becomes ill since making the booking. Anything that may be contagious will mean they will have to miss their doggy play day unfortunately
•Please be honest about
how sociable your dog is with other dogs, cats, people, children etc so we can
adjust walks to accommodate your dog.
•Not all dogs are suitable for doggy play days even if they are 'friendly' so please don’t be offended when we say so. It’s not a personal attack on you or your dog it’s our opinion for the welfare of our other dogs and yours. Your dog may fit in elsewhere just not with us. This very rarely happens tho.
•
Dogs will be exercised on
the lead unless you state otherwise on the registration form and have
signed it. We must also be confident that your dog has good recall. For
insurance purposes we need your written consent to exercise dogs off the lead when not in a secure area.
•Bitches in season are not allowed to attend a doggy play days...we don't want any unplanned puppies!!
•BeksPets reserves the right to refuse, or terminate the contract
of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive or
unreasonable behavior.
•The Client’s dog will be transported securly with other dogs in a BeksPets vehicle. The Client agrees that BeksPets cannot be
held liable for death or injury to their dog in the event of a motor
vehicle accident
•Owners need to be aware that dogs play with their teeth. This may look and sound aggressive but its not. We know as and when a dog is taking it too far and needs ‘chill out’ time and will be separated until they have calmed down. As dogs play like this they can get little cuts/scratches but they are nothing to worry about and first aid will be applied as and when needed. This isn’t likely but could happen. Don’t forget dogs only have teeth and legs to use to play
